After nearly 36 months of construction since the ground breaking day, CONSTREXIM – HOD has completed the rough part of Golden Park Tower.
The 45-storey Golden Park Tower hotel, residential, office and commercial complex, located at the crossroads of Duong Dinh Nghe and Pham Van Bach – Yen Hoa Ward – Cau Giay District – Hanoi, is built on a land area of nearly 5,000 m2, which is one of the projects with the most special position in the new urban planning area of Cau Giay, west of Hanoi center. This area has currently been the strong development direction of Hanoi capital, with many high-class residential areas, office areas, commercial centers and service facilities, located in the most dynamic and crowded urban complex in Hanoi.
On December 1, 2019, the topping out ceremony was solemnly held at the project site. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Duc Cay: Chairman of the BOD; Mr. Nguyen Trieu Duong: General Director of CONSTREXIM – HOD together with the company’s Board of Directors, leaders of construction contractors, leaders of supplying contractors, the investor and contractors ‘ officials, engineers, technicians and workers.
“Though there were a lot of difficulties, a large workload, the harshness of the weather during hot summer and cold winter days… , with determination, efforts of the investor, the contractors and more than 500 officials, engineers, technicians, workers, they have overcome all to complete the rough part of the project on schedule, ensuring labor safety and project quality; At the present, the project continues to be completed and ensured to hand over apartments to customers on schedule in Q4 / 2020 ”(Mr. Nguyen Trieu Duong, General Director of CONSTREXIM – HOD shared).
On behalf of the contractors, Mr. Duong Anh Thang, General Director of joint venture TSQ – Samscon, the body main contractor of the project thanked for the care and close direction of the investor, the coordination between the contractors to complete the project on schedule.
At 9:05, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cay – Chairman of the Board of Directors announced to perform the topping out ceremony: lifting roof main support to the roof of the building.
For this event occasion, on the evening of December 2, 2019, CONSTREXIM – HOD solemnly held a topping out Golden Park Tower party. At the topping out ceremony, CONSTREXIM – HOD announced the decision to reward officials, engineers, technicians, workers of the contractors and investor.
