On October 10th, 2018, at the head-office of the company at floor 4, HH1 building, Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City. Tay Do Invest Co., Ltd held the Signing ceremony of construction contract of body structure and completion with the Consortium of SAMCONS Viet Nam Construction and Investment., JSC and TSQ Vietnam JSC. And the package of prestressed cable design with KAIKO .,JSC in Golden Park Tower project, which is one of the important project packages. Speaking at the Signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cay Chairman of Board of Members hoped that the contractors would follow the commitments in the contract, ensure the construction quality, labor safety, contractors’ representatives undertook to carry out the construction for the correct quality, construction progress and labor safety,etc.
Golden Park Tower Project has the investor Tay Do Invest Co., Ltd, the investor supervisor Constrexim Housing Development and Investment Joint-Stock Company, the address at No.2 Pham Van Bach, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The project has total area of 4,576m2, construction area of 2,059m2 including 4 basements and 45 floors in which floor 1 – floor 7: shopping center and office, floor 8: service (swimming pool, gym room, etc.), technique, floor 9 – floor 31: apartments for residence, floor 32 – floor 45: Hotel block. Golden Park Tower is one of the projects in the favorable position and inheriting the utilities of Cau Giay District such as Cau Giay park, CV1 conditioning lake Cau Giay District , and favorable to come to the state agencies, etc. Up to now, the project has finished the underground part and intended to construct and finish the body part in 530 days.
